A Sophrology session is made up of 3 parts:
The pre-sophronic dialogue
A discussion of your objectives and how you will achieve them through Sophrology
The practice
Relaxation exercises inspired by yoga and “sophronisation” – verbal suggestions inspired by hypnosis
The post-sophronic dialogue
A discussion of your sensations and feelings experienced during the practice, after which you will choose which exercises you will do at home.
With Sophrology you become rapidly autonomous. During the sessions you will learn relaxation techniques, stress management and pain relief procedures which you can easily use in your daily life.
