Ericksonian Hypnosis
What is Hypnosis ?
Hypnosis induces an altered state of consciousness, similar to a day-dream, which allows you to access your subconscious. In addition to the control and coordination of the biological functions of the body, the subconscious manages all the memories, the resources, and the learning experiences, accumulated consciously or not in your lifetime.
The subconscious protects us and sets aside from our consciousness the traces of traumatic events. Hypnosis represents the key which opens the door to your subconscious and allows you to communicate and to take advantage of this creative reservoir of resources.

Developed by the American psychiatrist and psychologist Milton Erickson, this type of hypnosis differentiates itself from classical hypnosis by its permissive approach:
- Instead of inducing the hypnotic trance and proposing to you my solution, I will accompany you verbally to focus on your inner self, achieve a profound state of relaxation, access your subconscious.
- The hypnotic induction is specific to you and will not use a standard text
- I will guide you through hypnosis to your internal resources to generate solutions to your problems and new, more satisfying behaviour patterns.
What happens in a hypnosis session?
A hypnosis session is made up of 3 parts:
The initial dialogue
A discussion of your objectives and how you will achieve them through Hypnosis
The hypnotic induction
I will induce through mental suggestion a hypnotic trance, a state of internal absorption, in which your attention will be focused: you will connect to your subconscious. The process is easy and natural, and leads to a profound state of relaxation.
The post-hypnotic dialogue
A discussion of your sensations and feelings experienced during the hypnotic trance and an assessment of your progression towards your objectives.
With Ericksonian Hypnosis you will obtain fast, profound, and long lasting results.
